Overall the property was nice, aesthetically pretty. Staff at front desk was very nice. Very pleased to be able to check in right away due to availability. Lots of access to amenities, should you wish to pay for them. Otherwise the demeanor of the staff around the property, including park staff/lifeguards, etc. were mediocre. We reported an issue with our TV, wasn't a deal breaker b/c we did not spend much time in the room and the TV was operable. However despite being told the TV would be replaced, it was not. Room was only cleaned once, however when it was cleaned it was cleaned well.

Thank youuuu so much for the hospitality the fun and overall great experience I’ll definitely be back to visit the Riu!!! My birthday was everything because of the staff the drinks the people who I met at resort !! Wonderful experience !!! All smiles !!

The resort was very clean. Many options for dining, make sure you make your reservations online so you don’t have to wait. Events like the magic show were super fun and entertaining. The pools weren’t too crowded, you can easily find spots to sit. The beaches were absolutely stunning and clean. Our room was upgraded and had an ocean view, it was cleaned daily with no issues. I will definitely be back!
