Staff were so kind. Really enjoyed the location.

Booked an ocean view suite. We got a parking lot view. We could barely see the ocean if we looked in the far left of the window. Majority of the staff acted like they hated their job and were not friendly. Booked a romantic dinner at the Steak House snd it was so loud we couldn't carry on conversation. We might as well have been at Golden Corral.

The resort is beautiful! And it stops about there for the compliments! Service is 3/10 Food 5/10 Cost value 2/10 Once you arrive, it seems they have you! Prices are higher than Las Vegas strip! If you’re looking for a relaxing child free holiday-stay away! Restaurant food is mediocre and they are all off a casino gambling floor which sucks more money out of your wallet! The only place that accepts cash is the casino! Chairs at the pool are also extra costs! We travel every year to a new sunny destination and this one will not be visited again and I will be letting friends know of the incredible costs and price gouging!!! Not 1 person we spoke to was happy about this place aside from the grounds! I’m not typically a reviewer but this one was super disappointing, I felt I had to say something! 1 week-$9,000! King size room and we didn’t eat very much!
