There was no hot water this morning which was very disappointing

Really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff. Location was perfect for City centre and restaurants. Spent a few days there and had a nice time. Would have preferred free parking but an outside company controls the parking under the hotel.

All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as well. On Sunday morning breakfast we heard staff saying we have no more cutlery left . If Saturday night is the busiest dining night, then adequate staff should be available. We were very tolerant and could have made a big fuss and refused to pay for the service we received, however we felt sorry for the person involved who was trying to cope under difficult circumstances
