"냉장고가 작동하지않아 프런트에 고치던가 바꿔달라 요청했는데 외출후 저녁에 돌아왔는데 전혀 달라진것이 없었음 그래서 너무 불편했음 그리고 룸안에 그흔한 각티슈도 없었고 그리고 9 층에 묶었는데 침대방향하고 티비가 옆으로 되어있어서 티비보기가 넘넘 불편했음 결론적으로 2박하는데 엄청불편했음"

"Staffs are polite & helpful. Breakfast is OK. Room is clean but lacking amenities. We had to go out to buy toothbrushes & toothpaste. A/C control seems not working well. Seems like A/C is automatically adjusted by itself instead of adhering to manual settings. "

"This Hotel has a perfect location by the lake - it is a very quiet and green and relaxing area. If the weather is good, you can take a long walk around the lake and enjoy the incredible scenery. If you do not have a car, there is a bus stop near by and taxis are plentiful. Use Uber app to order and it takes 2-3 min for car to pick you up. Room is spacious, clean and bed is very comfortable. Lots of major attractions near by and within a short ride from hotel. Would stay there again. "

"The first hotel with working air con during our whole China and South Korea trip. Hotel sites say they have it but they don’t tell you it’s not used during low season, even if it’s 28 degrees outside . Lovely helpful front desk, they do stick to 4pm check in, so be aware, but the rooms are clean and the beds comfy. Fresh water daily, no sugar so take your own along with coffee bags if you need coffee in your room. Great uber taxis, cheap and reliable."

"We had a room with the lake view and it was so beautiful throughout the day and night. Room was spacious and clean. Walking around the lake was great at any time of the day. Just beautiful!! The only thing I would ask the hotel to improve is the bathroom lighting. There’s only one light and it was too dark for ladies’morning makeup rituals. There’s no other proper mirrors in the room for an alternative. We had a lunch Buffett and it was pricey but well worth it. The quality of the food options were exceptional. It was a great stay and Kyeongju is now my favorite city in Korea!"

"Location is a 10 minute walk to intercity bus station and 15 minutes to the historical area and tomb parks. The room was surprisingly quiet for the central location. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with very good climate control. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was adequate. It was free and easy to park our rental car. Overall, it was a great choice if not staying in a hanok in the historic village."
