" Very comfortable and spacious home! Everything we needed. Hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Well located near Glenora Ferry, Picton for amenities, Lake On The Mountain and other sights. Owners very kind and accommodating. House located across road from water. Very quiet location."

"I have never left a negative review before, but we were so disappointed by our experience here it has to be done. The ad is misleading on a number of fronts:1. There is AC at the place, but it’s not in the bedrooms.2. Initially we could not get the AC to work at all, and the host was infuriatingly inept and helping us. They did not send anyone. After 4 hours of trying to sort it out, we managed to turn on the wall unit in the living room3. The cottage is on the lake, but you can't swim in it because there's a large cement plant 1km across Picton Bay, and it ran 24/7.4. Since there was no AC in the bedrooms, we kept the windows open to keep the bedrooms cool. This created a secondary problem because of the constant noise from the cement plant5. Communications with the host was extremely poor throughout our experience.6. The host offered to give us a discount, but only if we agreed to NOT leave a negative review. "
