“The house is located on a busy street and in an older neighborhood. Only 1 thermostat so it’s hard to keep upstairs and downstairs both at a comfortable temperature. Basically a nice home but older with a small kitchen and living space.. checking in was perfect, manager was great, back yard was wonderful so overall a 4 star home in my opinion .. ”

“When we arrived the check-in was easy. The house was exactly as pictured. Large home and comfortable for a group of 16. The master bedroom had 2 large bed and the beds had silk sheets and the bathroom was amazing. The other room had 2 bunk beds three beds each and the other room was nice also with a large bed. The kitchen was clean and nice, large living room and 3 large televisions. And the back yard was really amazing well kept and large fire pit and grill and comfortable seats. Over all we……

“We had to come to town last minute for a family loss. Host was awesome and let us check in same day. The space was beautifully decorated, layout was seriously perfect. We have 6 adults and a 6 month old baby. Trundle beds gave us plenty of sleeping space, and since we had to work the two desks upstairs came in very useful. We would definitely stay here again.”

“easy stay for a quick visit to family. We needed a place to sleep and this was perfect for that. The bathrooms were a bit small, but again, we used and had what we had. Quick check in and great communication to book and request for extra towels. ”

“The property was very spacious and clean! Our family of 6 had plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again. This is way better than staying in a hotel. My 7 year old austistic son has hard time in hotels,but he did so well and adjusted perfectly at the rental.”

“This is a beautifully remodeled home in a quaint older neighborhood. My crew and I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. Close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. in Chula Vista, and only 20ish minutes from downtown San Diego. Communication with property manager was great!Would definitely stay here again! ”
