This beautiful location opens up exciting activities such as fishing, kitesurfing and refreshing swimming trips. With a careful interior design, the house offers a comfortable oasis. You will find no less than 4 tasteful bedrooms (one of them with a bunk bed), and in the bathroom you can treat yourself to relaxation in the spa or in the sauna. A guest toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room offer everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen and bathrooms have comfortable underfloor heating, and a smart heat pump ensures that you always have just the right climate. The large plot of around 1700m² has a scenic woodland backyard that invites exploration and adventure and you will enjoy the picturesque views to the north over the fields. Why not jump on the trampoline (at your own risk), gather around the fire pit or relax in the swing? The garden also offers fruit trees and bushes that entice with taste sensations.
