"The property is exactly as pictured, featuring an unforgettable million dollar view. We enjoyed starting each day with coffee and each evening with wine on the deck and/or on the dock area. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything. Having the pool was wonderful especially on a few days when the riptides prevented us from going to the beach. We used the bikes and the kayaks. Water pressure and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The kitchen was fairly well equipped if you like to cook in. The only thing I would bring next time is a 9 x 13 casserole dish which would have come in handy. I always bring sharp knives when I travel. No need to do that here. Great knives and pans. We had a small problem with a toilet and got an immediate response. Brandon was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property. "

"This 2 bedroom house was cute, clean, nicely decorated with all the basic amenities. The check in process was smooth and the property manager was in very close contact with me. When I had questions she responded quickly, which was very much appreciated. The gated in off street parking was an excellent feature and made it so I didn’t have to even think about my car being secure or struggle for a place to park when coming back to the house. Having beach passes was also a great benefit. Not only did we not have to pay to get on the beach, we didn’t need to stand in line to buy a pass each day. The host has provided all the possible streaming services for evening entertainment for me and my daughter to unwind in the evenings. We will definitely consider this place again for future summers. "

"The unit’s location and cleanliness could not be beat. We had a wonderful weekend in Asbury Park, and the Stone ponyand this rental added to it. We would definitely rent here again."

"This was my first time at the Jersey Shore Red Roof. Normally I stay at the Tinton Falls one. During my last visit to Tinton Falls, I noticed a lot more people living in the motel. Hanging out on balconies, smoking, kids running around. I need travel alone with my dog. I need a place I feel safe at. I found that at the Jersey Shore Red Roof. I'll be back! "

"Overall a great stay. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and have a beautiful home. Everything was as advertised. Location was close to many beaches in the area and the amenities made the time at the property comfortable and fun. Would highly recommend. "

"All we packed was our clothes and food. ANYTHING you need is provided. Games, beach towels, linens, bath towels, bikes, beach badges, beach chairs and umbrella. Kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or kitchen gadget you need. Toaster, air fryer, coffee pot..I could go on and on. Beautiful front porch to enjoy reading or relaxing. Owners were available to reach out to and easily accessible. Our grandsons, ages 5 to 16 enjoyed the air hockey, pingpong and fusball tables. You will love staying here. Our grandsons are already planning next year's trip."

"A well equipped kitchen opens to both a lovely patio and the indoor cozy living area. Bedrooms and baths aplenty accommodated the 7 adults and three very young children nicely. School playground across the street a bonus. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, market, night life while staying in a very quiet, neatly keep neighborhood. Hosts were helpful and responsive (thank you). Recommended highly.."

"Overall, the property is a gem. My family and I stayed for 4 nights and we loved this home. It is well thought out, newly remodeled, light and airy, clean. My kids felt right at home. The location was within a walking distance to all destinations we were interested in. The nearby Bradley beach was so convenient and beautiful.
