First time booking at this hotel and it was great! From the moment I checked in until I left everything was smooth, rooms are great and personal unlike the branded hotel, clean and spacious rooms, no noise at all from the pub downstairs! A special shoutout to Silvi, the lady who checked me in and took me to my room, she was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything to me, I am defo booking again when I’m in the area thank you!

Clean room, courteous staff, lots of food options nearby, walking distance to two Tube stops. It's an old building, so sound insulation is understandably not good. But I was luck my neighbors were quiet, except for one.
