Haddo House Tours

The hotel was in a beautiful, peaceful setting up away from the main road which aided an excellent sleep. The facilities were excellent the gym, pool, sauna & steam room were of a good standard, the breakfast was amazing with an excellent choice of hot, fresh cokes breakfast as well as a fantastic continental breakfast. Our room was generously proportioned with light, modern fresh decor we particularly liked that it had a fridge. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, polite & could not have done more to make us feel welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our break here & will definitely return to Ardoe House for future stays & have already recommended it to friends & family.

Have stayed at Meldrum house at various times over 30 years and it never disappoints

It is a big hotel, but on our visit there were very few guests staying, and it was very quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. The grounds are lovely, with grassy lawns and well-kept borders, but sadly, the view from our room was of a stone wall and some tatty looking sheds. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was in need of some refurbishment. Breakfast was cooked to order.
