Room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Staff was nice at check in and check out. Pool was nice and big but could have been a little warmer. It was very chilly for a heated pool. Over all though I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The rooms and hotel itself was kind of dated, but the staff were so friendly and wonderful, and the rooms are spacious. Plus, there is shopping and dining a stone’s throw away. Fairly priced and a great option for the area!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Family of 6 stayed and room was spacious and perfect for us all to get good sleep and have our own space. The hotel is certainly in need of updating but the room was clean, the fitness room very well stocked and overall a great stay!

Check in and check out were my only staff interactions and both were great. The room and bed were clean and comfortable enough but the AC is extremely loud. WiFi was good. Despite the no-smoking admonitions, the guest room levels reek of dope. Terrible to be exposed to that. Young people noisy and running wild throughout. Elevator interiors are dingy but they’re fast. The free hot breakfast was ok. Limited options but I was glad to have it. Price was the lowest in the area - and there’s a reason for that - but next time I’ll probably spend a bit more and stay at the HI Express or Hampton Inn.

It was a pretty old hotel but the rooms were clean. There were no employees around when we checked out or when we looked into the lounge to see what was for breakfast.

3 of the lamps in the room did not work, at least 1 was missing a bulb. The clock time was wrong and very difficult to program. There were a number of kids running around the 4th and elevator at midnight. I was very dissapointed in this hotel.

Definitely a dated look, but the staff couldn't have been nicer. Every single employee was kind and attentive. It is a bargain hotel, one should not expect a luxury experience. Maybe the key stops working, maybe you have to ask for extra towels, maybe the corners of the rooms have a bit of dust, I am ok with that at this price. Any inconvenience was met with a friendly solution. Plus there was a pool and standard breakfast included in the price.
