Historic and charming home
We had a great time in this historical area visiting the Civil War battlefield and riding our bikes on the CNO canal. The house has so much personality and was authentic to the time it was built yet also having modern conveniences .

Perfect location
We really enjoyed staying in this old home during our fall break road trip. Easy access to points of interest. Cozy home with everything you might need!

5/5 Excellent

wonderful stay!
This is a great, unique property. It has all the comforts, and access to the C and O canal and the Appalachian Trail. Nearby Farmer's Markets, pumpkin patches, beautiful views, hiking, Antietam battlefield and near enough to groceries and city amenities in nearby cities make this an easy base for daytrips. I was hesitant about being so close to the fire dept but we just heard our second alarm of our 2 week stay so its a nonissue.

Delightful Find
We loved staying in this beautiful old house. The owners have obviously spent a lot time thinking about how to make the space comfortable for renters. Our brief stay has been a highlight of our road trip up the East Coast.
