"We enjoyed our stay at The Charm. Comfortable room, clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast. It was on the top floor though - with no lift, so a lot of stairs! Fortunately we only had a small suitcase, but would have been hard with more luggage."

"Although the hotel is a bit on the warm side, I had an excellent weekend stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful, I even got a room upgrade. Leo's restaurant and bar was very good. Prices at the bar were competitive and the food was excellent. The location couldn't be better, opposite the sea and out the back to The Lanes."

"Was only there one night for my birthday, everything was wonderful. Staff, room, facilities, spa...all 5*. Unable to comment on food as I didn't eat in the hotel. The grounds looked amazing but weather not suitable to go for a walk...will have to go back!! Not only did I receive a little box of delicious chocolate fudge with a hand written note but also my room had been upgraded. The whole hotel had a feeling of grandeur, bright and airy plus warm and welcoming on a rainy day. Would highly recommend for any occasion."
