"Great location just next to Hakata Station. Lots of shops and food nearby. Taxi stand is a stone's throw away, or you can try to flag one down just outside on the main road. Room for three is a little cramped due to the third bed being placed right in the centre, but we worked around it for just one night. Each bed could possibly sleep 2 smaller sized people, but if you are bigger built then one person to a bed is necessary. Check in was easy. There is a complimentary hot drinks machine on the ground floor with covered take away paper cups. Overall a good deal."

"A spotless and beautiful room very spacious with the best shower we had in our entire trip in Japan. Really enjoyed the hotel staff and it was a beautiful hotel with a scrumptious breakfast buffet. "

"Everything was terrific! The staff were so pleasant, very attentive, and helpful. The elevators were fabulous- no waiting more than 15 seconds!!! Our room was spacious, had very comfortable beds, nice sized tv, large bathroom w/ powerful shower. We had robes and pajamas provided. They also cleaned up the room daily if we wanted. The amenities in the bathroom were so generous from hair ties to razor sets to all kinds of face oil and emulsion packets. We had a beautiful view of Hakata Tower and could see all the way to the ocean. Also the location was perfect with the subway a few steps away under the hotel. There was shopping and eating right outside and so much more all down the streets. We spent 10 days here and can’t wait to return!!!"

"We had a great stay. I particularly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I would especially like to call out the lady taking up concierge duty the afternoon of November 15th. When asked whether she could give us advice on where to find a place to buy bubble warp to protect the kyudo yumi I was taking back with me to Europe the next day, she offered that we could use some the hotel had in stock. That was a very generous gesture."
