"Check in and out was really easy, Colton was responsive and the stay is the perfect size for a group of 12 for everyone to have a shared bed spot. The location is only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the racetrack, lake and major breweries and parks. The space was tidy and the beds were clean and comfortable but unfortunately, overall, the stay wasn’t cleaned to our expectations. All the garbage and recycling of the previous guests was in the garage during our entire stay despite the checkout...

"PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Neighborhood is not safe and the property's renovations need to be completed from a safety and privacy perspective. I did not feel comfortable staying there. So much so upon check-in I decided to leave and found other accommodations elsewhere. Had I known the issues prior, I would never have booked the property. I'm very disappointed that when I asked the host if the area was safe, I was told it was. So I booked. The check-in instructions include a long security paragraph...

"This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. For a couple, this should be good. For a family of 4 or more looking for a little more defined sleeping areas, this might not work. Only other thing I will...
