It was in a great location, close to the waterfront and lots of restaurants to choose. Front desk staff were impersonal and could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable and more than enough towels. Carpets could do with an upgrade as they were somewhat stained in both rooms we reserved. Restaurant was great for breakfast and a wide variety.

You must actually enter the fort to see anything worth while (inside the fort). Otherwise, you'll have excellent vistas of Halifax and Dartmouth but nearly nothing of the Citadel.
