The owner was great to deal with regarding check in / check out. The place itself is 100% stocked with all you need for your stay. Shower and bed was perfect with plenty of space in the living area. Short 10 min walk to the ferry over to Halifax (which we did both nights). You will enjoy a quiet neighborhood and a 10-minute walk to the ferry that crosses the harbor to downtown Halifax and the waterfront. Our second floor spacious apartment has large west and north windows. A small private deck is off the bedroom. This 1920s-era building is in great condition. Andy, our host who lives in the building, met us when we arrived and gave us a detailed orientation.
