Overall, the stay was nice. Location is great in the strip. Water is provided if you ask for it. Rooms are good size and bed is comfortable. Cons: finding the entrance to self parking can be challenging especially coming from the strip. There is no hot water kettle or coffee in the room.

The hotel seems very dated all depending upon the floor wing and room! The walks are paper thin on the 11th floor—I had to change rooms to avoid hearing blaring TV all night and conversations! Also very smoky filled.

Poor communication with the Hotel Staff ,but wonderful restaurants

Staff and help was readily available and friendly however our room was very dirty when we checked in. There was trash left behind by a previous guest, the room was dusty and the lampshade had stains all over it. We asked for housekeeping to come in and they brought towels but never made up the beds or emptied the overflowing trash can. It’s very disappointing to have a long travel day and then check into a dirty room.
