“The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access……

“The rooms were not ready with toiletries when we got to the rooms. We had to ask for toilet paper and have the rooms dusted.
Positive note: the pool was very good and clean and the dining area was clean. ”

“Staff are nice but the property needs major renovation. I’m very sorry but the room is dark , smells bad . Lots of dogs , no internet .
We left after we saw the room .. the way to the beach have pieces of woods ( there’s construction going on) this resort should not operate yet until it’s renovated. It’s too pricey , I won’t even book this for 500 pesos.
I payed for 85$/ day for a room. Called the management for a refund they said they will email me back but haven’t received any yet. Just……
