Bring your binoculars to see the ships, sailboats and waterfowl on Lake Ontario.Located on a private road that is not maintained with several large potholes.Comfortable beds and good appliances.The photographs of interior don’t reflect its current state and needs to be totally updated with new furniture, drapery and paint.There is no sandy beach or waterpark. Signs posted clearly state DANGER NO SWIMMINGWindows leak when there is heavy rain.Occasionally there is a strong rotten……

“The hostess was great, the breakfasts were ample (large helping of fresh fruit salad and breakfast casserole) plus lots of coffee. When Diane found out that one person had a gluten allergy, she quickly prepared a substitute for the casserole.
The rooms were very pleasant and air conditioned.”
