“I stayed at this property (a ground floor room) for two nights in July 2026. The first night was fine. On the second night, the host returned back to the house at 2.30am and shortly afterwards the front doorbell rang and she let someone else in. From then until 5.30am, the talking and loud noises coming from directly above my room kept me awake for the rest of the night, despite at one stage asking the host politely to keep the noise down. “The tiny home had a lot of beauty and simplicity on the inside. During our stay there was construction going on close by and there wasn’t as much privacy for that reason. “The hot tub was dirty and smelled like mold, the backyard furniture was dirty, no hot water on the first night and last day staying, the gym area treadmill was broke, spiderwebs everywhere the house needs a deep cleaning. Shower in main bathroom was dirty. No air conditioning the house was hot. The grass in the front of the house was too high the people from the town put a notice on the door to have the grass cut or they would be getting a fine.
