The breakfast was a good variety and since we were 20 minutes from any other breakfast and the kitchen and living room were bare bones . One hard sofa and small dining table in living area. Unusual decor but clean. Happy hour bar was across the street open for lunch and dinner. Lake is beautiful- weather rough for boating but enjoyed looking at it.

The Hotel has a sister restaurant across the street. We had the hotel book reservations for us. The restaurant had no record of the reservations and would not seat us. We booked for a different time with the restaurant. They did not honor those reservations either. Not sure if this is the restaurant’s fault or the hotel’s but they should work better together. TV/cable was awful. We wanted to watch World Cup and the 250th 4th of July events. It kept buffering to a point it was useless. We were unaware that the full breakfast came with our room until our last day. This could have been communicated better. Hotel is great and very convenient. The morning staff did a wonderful job. Hotel was very clean. If they tweak a few things they will be great.

Hotel Jackson was ideally located in the center of Jackson, easy walking to restaurants and sites. Lux appointments throughout the property and staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa) were very nice as well - highly recommend if you're looking for a 5 star in downtown area.

The location was absolutely perfect for all the downtown tourist shopping / drinking / eating - walked to everything! The breakfast “to go bags” were way better than I expected. There was a warm fresh breakfast sandwich and a yogurt and granola bar!
