Kick back and relax in this calm yet stylish apartment surrounded by a local scenic (Ball's Falls), hiking trails, golf courses, wineries, breweries and farms. This would be a relaxing place to have some quality time and explore the local culture and cuisine. The space This apartment sits atop Campden General Store which has its own charm. Campden General Store is in the heart of this quaint hamlet in Niagara Bechlands Wine Country. The building has been renovated from to bottom with care and attention to detail and has been lovingly remodeled following a stay, eat and shop concept. The store has a coffee bar and a convenience store. Picture yourself capping the night perusing through the local products while having coffee or tea to talk about a fabulous day you had. The apartment is equipped with kitchen essentials needed if you feel like preparing your own meals. You can easily come down the store for groceries or go to the coffee bar if you want to unwind while perusing the products we do offer in the store. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit and laundry area is easily is accessible (just let us know ahead of time so we can provide access). You will have to go up the stairs to access the apartment through the store. Please note that the store closes at 8pm. Any check-in after that, please let us know so we can arrange accordingly. Other things to note WINE TOURS also available. Ask for pricing and availability when booking. Please see our other listing. You can book both units along with the meeting area downstairs to suit your event. This is also perfect if you are looking for accomodation for a family or corporate events. The store offers coffee bar as well as a meeting area and retail store so it is very convenient. One can hear the adjacent apartment, but otherwise there is no real traffic noise so overall very quiet. The only downside was that while drinking water is provided, when taking a shower one is overwhelmed by a sulphur smell. One should be aware that to access the apartment one needs to climb stairs, and in our room the shower required one to climb into the bath tub should mobility issues be a concern. We felt safe and the accommodations were quite clean. We would definitely stay here again. Two concerns: 1) The stairs to the apartment are steep and elderly people should be aware of that; 2) There is a wonderful claw foot tub in the bathroom with a shower frame above it.
