I had an encounter with a very helpful front desk lady, I told her that my flight was moved to a later time the day of my check out. She gave me a longer checkout time so I didn't have to wait in the airport for a long time. Besides the fact they don't have microwaves in their rooms, the staff were the best. Will be staying again.

Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is older but rooms were set up with modern amenities and were comfortable. The area outside the hotel was mixed. There were some nice dining spots quite close by but there were also some safety concerns within a few blocks of the hotel that may cause some travellers to feel some unease.

Very friendly staff! Check-in was smooth and nice to have at 3pm and check out at noon. We were there for a concert at TD Coliseum, a quick 2 minute walk away! The parking garage is secure and spacious parking spots. Our room was super clean, comfy beds. The bathtub drain was a little clogged, but the housekeeper came in a fixed it quick with a snake.

We LOVED this hotel. It was located near to everything we wanted to see (with a couple exceptions but uber was no problem) The staff was friendly, the restaurant was good with a great staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Dining in the area was exceptional. We will definitely return.
