The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff was helpful and very nice. The only down side is the cafe. While the food was exceptional, the kitchen was very slow.

What a gem! Quiet property conveniently located by Hamilton airport. Rooms were very clean, updated, and roomy. Super comfortable beds. Lots of parking. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally above average. The only issue I have was the restaurant wasn't open all day. In spite of the little corner of snack you could purchase I couldn't purchase because of allergies. I had to venture out to other restaurants in the area.

The bistro is way overpriced - 6$ for a medium mediocre coffee. The pool is small - did not use it as it did not offer much privacy as it is right in the check in area. The room was nice - pillows were lacking - way to flat and seemed well used. The bathroom was good - except the shower stall floor is worn and black - it should be white, but it has a weird texture that had black flecks. Location is great.
