This was a wonderful place to stay, and we’re very glad we booked it. The room was spotless, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and welcoming.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buffalo, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Room was great though the door handle in the bathroom was broken and we were afraid to close the door and get locked in. Breakfast buffet needs work. One of the 3 days there was an empty milk carafe so no milk for the coffee or cereal. Nobody in site at the breakfast zone or the front desk.

The room was nice. But breakfast could have been a little better, and i was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. That should come off the amenities list.

Was good for the kids to use the pool.and being close to the mall was a plus. We stayed in the Atrium room first floor and it was clean but outdated like from the 70's and the tub was chipped and the doors wouldn't close properly . There was a ton of hockey teams there that partied in the atrium ...
