Location: Very close to the main train station and galleria
Simple and quick option for passing through Hamburg. Enjoyed that it felt like a western hotel experience.

Location: Train Statation
If you like rude hotel managers than, this is the place for you. I would not recommend this place to any American travelers. Beyond ridiculous, pitching a tent in a wind storm would of been easier and better experience.

The hotel is not bad but Not really good value for money no mini bar in the room the room is too small and cant really access the cupboard, yet bathroom was very clean and bed is comfortable but you need to consider having tall people not only dwarfs

Nice, comfortable and clean

Posted Apr 18, 2017 on Hotels
This hotel was within 10 minutes walk from Hamburg central station and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel on opposite side of the road. The room was clean and comfortable however there were no international tv channels so we were stuck with all German channels. Local area did not have any nice restaurants so we found ourselves going to the central station each night to eat. Overall its a pleasant, cosy hotel, a great place for a good nights sleep and to crash out after a long tiring day of exploring and sightseeing in Hamburg.

Serious luxury at a good price

Posted Apr 18, 2017 on Hotels
A huge apartment, three beds (two double), two rooms, kitchen (with lots of equipment) and really reasonably priced. Cleaned thoroughly, very friendly staff and really close to the central station which gets you everywhere. Couldn't ask for more.

Great room, one rude staff member

Posted Apr 17, 2017 on Hotels
Room lovely. Great range of tea and coffee. Handy location for transport. Single beds instead of a double (what's the crack with that?). Receptionist rude and made me feel that we were encroaching on her time. At the end of check-out, she pretty much just yelled "OK BYE" at us because we didn't leave the second it was done (we were waiting til she was finished typing to ask her about leaving luggage). Overall: They provided us with a room at short notice, for which we are eternally grateful.

Decent, close to central station.

Hotel was close enough to central station to get to places. For us personally felt there weren't enough bars and shops nearby. Beds could have been a little comfier, but for first time in Hamburg it didn't disappoint.

Convenient but not comfortable

Posted Apr 5, 2017
Pros: It is in a convenient location with excellent bus links into the town
Cons: Fix the air conditioning and be more upfront about additional expenses.
Location: Nothing to do by the location of the hotel but the buses around the hotel link excellently to places of interest in Hamburg
The hotel is well situated near the main station (about 12 mins walk) with excellent bus links to the centre and other places of interest. Be aware that the hotel is not situated in a place with lots of interesting things around to do. But that was the only advantage, everything else was very uncomfortable. It is on a very noisy and busy street at all hours of the day. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working so you'd have to choose between open noisy streets or a stuffy room. The staff were alright but would not go out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were cleaned regularly everyday but beware of the €4 bottle of water. Also, the room does not come with a fridge. My recommendation is that it is a convenient place to stay but bring your own water and earplugs as well.
