The house has two fireplace one in master bedroom, second one in living room. 2 1/2 bath, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, central air-conditioning, fire pit and private patio area with a spacious deck, bbq, outdoor dining table and seating area. Relax and renew as you stroll out the front door and head to the beach only minutes away by walk, or bike. Centrally located. Home come with Kayak, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, all for you to enjoy and feel at home.
