Available during US OPEN GOLF week! Charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with outdoor private pool and firepit. The backyard has a newly paved deck, perfect for relaxation and entertaining or having a delicious barbecue. The finished basement is perfect for rainy days or just relaxing and having fun with comfortable seating, pool table, bar, flat screen TV, board games and a beautiful marble bathroom with a luxurious and rejuvenating rain shower and body sprayers. The main living space has an open concept and is welcoming to all. Every bedroom has bright window(s) and brand new furnishings. It has 2- zone central air conditioning. It is centrally located near beaches, waterfront restaurants, antique shops, fishing and town as well as the Long Island Railroad and Hampton Jitney. With a car you can drive to the wineries, Southampton or shop at the outlets in Riverhead. Enjoying the Hamptons from this home is the perfect way to spend your vacation!!. Pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day at minimum. Inquire if booking during other times.
