Lynn was a pleasure to deal with. However as far as the property goes, it was in quiet neighborhood in historical Wythe in Hampton. The unit was clearly the original dwelling which needless to say is old. Nothing had been renovated or updated. The insulation was definitely a problem which kept the unit hit as balls during the day even with the ac on. At night there was no problem. Due to the age of the unit the doors were loud opening and closing them. Lastly the cleanliness of the unit was a joke. Hair was on the floor and in bathroom tub I am assuming left by the last tenant. Dining table chairs falling a part. It did not look or smell clean. I am requesting a partial refund of one night’s stay. I had to stay because it’s a college town and all hotels were booked. I honestly did not want to. I did not feel comfortable. The location was very convenient. I just wish that the owner visited the property to see what the guests are saying. There was a complaint about dirty carpet a year ago.
