However, there were some major oversights that marred the overall experience. On the final day (2 hours before check-out time was due), the electricity supply of our room was suddenly cut off by the hotel. To our bewilderment, the customer services told us that the room cards had been deactivated. It was 'almost' as if we were being ushered out. Frankly, you would expect a higher standard of general courtesy from a supposedly 4-star hotel. Additionally, the room's facilities felt highly outdated - with an overly small room to match. Thirdly, the check-out bill calculated at the end of the stay turned out to be incorrect. However, there were some major oversights that marred the overall experience. On the final day (2 hours before check-out time was due), the electricity supply of our room was suddenly cut off by the hotel. To our bewilderment, the customer services told us that the room cards had been deactivated. It was 'almost' as if we were being ushered out. Frankly, you would expect a higher standard of general courtesy from a supposedly 4-star hotel. Additionally, the room's facilities felt highly outdated - with an overly small room to match. Thirdly, the check-out bill calculated at the end of the stay turned out to be incorrect. It's close to a building that was undergoing construction so that was a bit of a nuisance. The staff was very friendly and some spoke English which helped a lot. A mosquito had gotten into our room so that left some pretty bad bites, brought this up to staff, but it fell on deaf ears. It's very close to everything so location wise it works out well.
