“On the first glance the hotel is fancy and rooms are spacious. However the hotel is not getting necessary repairs and not very clean. In the shower you get either very hot or very cold water. Safe did not work, toilet cover was cracked, a socket was loose, faucet leaking etc. The stuff was very polite but not very helpful. One night it was very loud music until 11pm. Also, there is no light on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. Otherwise it was fine :)”

“The entire property was beautifully and thoughtfully built, a true hidden gem on the mountainside. The family cottage “tun” was well above and beyond what we expected with 3 bedrooms plus a lounge/loft area. The pool area was immaculate and we enjoyed the breathtaking views from there. Staff was courteous and helpful. Can’t wait to return!!”

“Our room was immaculate with a fantastic view from floor 11. The staff were helpful and the location was good. Breakfast was adequate, slightly less options than I'm used to at a hotel, but perfectly reasonable. The swimming pool was lovely and much appreciated. Pizza at the poolside restaurant was also delicious. All in all a great 3 nights.”

“Le lieu est sympa, le systeme de bungalows assez grands permet d’avoir plus de liberté. Par contre mis à part le jardin très fleuri et bien entretenu, dans la chambre la télé ne fonctionnait pas, le mur de la chambre était abîmé par l’humidité. Cela manque d’entretien et ne laisse pas une bonne impression. Quand on arrive la réception est assez sombre, ce serait mieux que ce soit un peu plus chaleureux. Mais globalement j’aime bien le concept et le prix est super raisonnable avec accès aux……

“This was the cutest hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were perfect (although I could always be happier without a TV) and the setting was fantastic. Parking was free. The location is a little outside Dilijan town, so be prepared to walk or drive for lunch and dinner. The staff were super helpful and every morning we received a picnic basket packed full for breakfast. I assume this is because they have not yet opened their own restaurant area. La struttura da fuori non è accattivante e non ha un'insegna tanto che quando il tassista ci ha lasciati davanti mi sono incamminato altrove perché non era assolutamente riconoscibile. “Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. They have lots of p places. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. And a small fridge. We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? The indoor area with swimming pool and spa was big, clean, and with beautiful decorations. The gym looked good but did not try. Did not try breakfast either. We could definitely……
