"We loved our stay! This house is beautiful and has everything needed for a wonderful ski vacation. So close to skiing. Views are incredible. Very clear instructions. Kitchen well equipped so that you can cook in the home. Kids had so much fun in the game room. We would love to stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"The property was better than advertised. Brand new and perfectly efficiently layed out for a family of 4. Kids loved sleeping in the loft and had their choice of beds. The house was immaculate and the linens were comfortable like home. We have a wonderful time at the house and skiing Sunday River which was a pleasant drive and easy to get to. The lake was our favorite!!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this house with friends! The location's proximity to the mountain was a game-changer, and the host was incredibly easy to communicate with. The house met all our needs, but we suggest a few improvements. Firstly, more kitchen equipment would be great; we found a shortage of bowls compared to the number of people the house sleeps. Secondly, having a dedicated area for skis and ski boots would enhance the overall experience in the winter. Lastly, an extra couch or two...

"We stayed at the end of August and had a wonderful time. Our host(ess) was very easy to communicate with and she provided us with plenty of information about the property and things to do locally. "We had a fantastic stay at the Riverfront Farmhouse. The design & interiors of this vacation home are well thought out...pleasing, intuitive & well appointed. The sighting of the house on the beautiful wooded lot is perfect for privacy, views of the woods and southern exposure. We spent several March afternoons on the sun filled deck. In addition, the hosts thought of everything to accommodate our comfort and needs. We felt welcomed and communication was excellent."

"Nice house, more than we needed for 2 couples. Two separate fenced in yard areas for the dog. Large driveway for several vehicles, we had 2 p/u's with trailers for hauling Jeeps. It's clean and well laid out. Nice outside deck with views of the hills nearby. This was our second time staying here, and probably not our last"

"Lovely time at this clean and well kept home near Greenwood Lake in Bethel. An easy 20-25 minute drive to Sunday River, this home is well-stocked, comfortable, and remote offering a little downtime after a full day on the slopes. Teenaged boys enjoyed hot tub and ping pong table. Kitchen was clean, bedrooms comfortable, and utensils and cooking appliance / surfaces all worked well. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it to anyone."

"I own a home in the area but it was rented, so I booked the Yurt via VRBO. My friend and I loved the location and the yurt accommodations. It was such a cool experience to stay there and I would definitely stay there again!! The owners really put thought into the details and it showed!"

"We loved the dome! It was so unique and at the same time, a lot of fun! There was plenty of cookware, the bedding was super nice, the wood stove was so warm and created such a nice atmosphere, and the decor and design of the dome made for such a wonderful and comfortable stay! We traveled with two teenagers, a 12 year old, parents and a set of grandparents- and each of us loved the dome! The pin ball machine was a huge hit for all of us! "This was our annual family get away but our first time staying here at the grove. The owners of this amazing home went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and we appreciated even the little touches. The home was well decorated, the beds extremely comfortable and my family LOVED the hot tub, the beautiful deck area and the fire pit the most. We used the kayaks daily and took the canoe out a few times. I cannot say enough positive things and we would definitely stay here...

"I can’t say enough about this property .. It is beautiful! Jon is an exceptional host, the home is in a great location, very close to Sunday River which was the purpose of our trip. It was very clean, literally spotless and also beautifully decorated, quality bed and bedding, everything was just so nice! We were so comfortable and I would highly recommend this property."
