"Our room, unfortunately, faced Aurora Ave and all night I slept fitfully, waking to the sound of cars racing up and down the street. It was so loud. We even brought sound machines from home but it didn't help. Oddly enough, we had just spend 4 nights in a hotel in dow town Seattle, where we slept peacefully because the hotel was able to buffer the sound much better. Another issue was that although there were blackout curtains in the room, in both the main bedroom and in the living where our children slept, the curtains would not close all the way, thus letting an incredible amount of light pollution in. None of us slept well at all. One of the elevators was broken so we had to wait around for it quite often and it wasn't clear if it was going up or down. I would not stay here again. "

"What a great room. I stayed in 135. Unfortunately, people were throwing down and having a good old time at least one room away from me. I couldn’t determine which room it was in, as I didn't leave to investigate… they were going strong until after 1:30 AM. They clearly didn’t care about anyone staying adjacent to them. These days, unfortunately, this type of behavior is more common. Regardless, I would stay here again. I was on the last ferry from Coupeville, checked in late, and the front desk staff was exceptional."
