“The staff was helpful & friendly. One lady even went and bought from her own pocket some continental breakfast items. The staff was working with no air-conditioning & it was very hot. The room was clean. They asked if we needed anything & brought us extra towels. Our air was working fine- thank goodness. The layout of the room was odd. The toliet was in front of the shower & you had to go into another room (that used to be a closet) to wash your hands. The place was advertised as a resort. ...

“We spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the Spring River falls. Wonderful birdwatching. Fun watching the fishermen and kayakers. The accommodation was adequate.Two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms were a plus. Very nice shower. Enough of a kitchen to prepare a light meal. Good WiFi and great air conditioning. The host was quick to respond to any issues. The outside needs a lot of maintenance, especially removal of all the poison ivy. I would stay here again.”

“This is the most uncomfortable place we've ever had to stay as far as a cabin goes I'm so glad I did not bring my mother as she would not been able to even walk on the floor. Trying to find the cabin was another hole scenario. Trying to find out how to even get to the cabin or get into the cabin was terrible we left a day early”

“The property was very charming, property owner was very nice, however I was mislead by a few details from the pictures..There are ppl living next door and the run up and down the only driveway access, parking was not very good due to blocking their way in & out. The house was pretty clean for its age. The yard was very grown up, the only way in was through a set of steep stairs which was not mentioned, glad I didn't have anyone disabled with us. Some light bulbs did not work, the bathroom faucet...

“This is an unfinished project. This would not be a safe environment for children. There were bug sprays by inside entrance. 2 were empty. Raid in the magazine rack. Pans and grater were covered in rust. The toaster oven looked like it had never been cleaned. Spices were expired. Condiments in refrigerator were expired. There was a bucket of restaurant condiments that were old that gnats liked. We washed dishes before using them. Bathroom hook was coming out of wall. Cabinet over toilet unsteady....
