All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful
The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing.
The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes.
Excellent service from excellent staff.
Looking forward to staying again.

My daughter got married here and it was absolutely amazing!❤️

Spotless. Comfortable bed and very pleasant room.
The staff on reception were outstanding, especially the one lady who chatted to the six of us in the bar. She was lovely.
The barman gave us good tips as well.
Would stay here again as good position to stroll around town and visit the city library.
