From the ladies on reception, to the Bellman/Porters who took our luggage to and from the rooms. I had a booking for 4 premier double rooms. Sadly, the pictures and information advertised in Expedia is innacurate and misleading, as it shows the image, and states the description of a "suite" for the "premier double room". So on our arrival, i was expecting a suite style room as per the image, but they told me that only 2 rooms (Suites) in the hotel have this, and are already booked. Furthermore, the description states "interconnected rooms", but again, this is only a feature of the 2 suites they have at the hotel, and is not available in the premier double rooms. So the two features i liked, and based my booking decision on, were not present in any of our 4 rooms.
