"Excellent host and a great property. Home was exactly as described. I decided to do a spur of the moment dunes trip with my SXS and couldn’t have worked out better with the location of this property. The backyard is quite literally the dunes and you have an amazing view of Lake Michigan out front. ORV park entrance is 5 mins away. The entry road to the neighborhood is a bit narrow and steep at times but no issues with my F350 and 16 foot trailer. The driveway is easy to back into but I wouldn’t go more than a 18-20 foot trailer. Overall, for the price and location, I would recommend staying here. "

"We had a great fall break weekend enjoying the colors, cooler temps, and accommodations. We had kids under 10-grandparents with us and this was a perfect fit for all of our personalities. We enjoyed the easy access to the beachfront - walking along the beach - our golden retriever loved tagging along. We utilized the fireplace outside to make smores our first night. The room accommodations worked well for our group of 5. The kitchen and linens were very well stocked. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The walk out basement made it easy for our dog to go in and out (and kudos to the fine details like towels by the door for the paws coming in!). Overall it was a great stay and we'd likely return! "Very clean rooms with the basic necessities; mini fridge, microwave, tv with a lot of options for streaming and live tv. A/C worked well. Water in shower gets plenty hot. You can tell the owners and cleaning staff care about their work. Front desk staff was prompt and friendly. "
