Good location, clean, secure spacious and had 2 parking bays allocated to the unit. There was a mix up with the booked unit but got complementary upgrade for inconvenience by the girls at the reception. Well done to the reception girls for a wonderful service.

Experience the adventure of getting up close with Africa’s world-famous wildlife. Observe a pride of lions, walk with cheetahs and feed a giraffe.
I was also told I could not walk around... with 2 kids...that almost impossible. I was never offered a guide to walk us around. Lots of staff, all willing to work. But no service offered. That’s management not encouraging staff to do there job fully
