“We stayed at the cabin for all-star weekend in Cooperstown. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the baseball field and was very quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed cooking dinner over the fire of the fire pit and having coffee on the porch swing. The kids had plenty of space in their rooms and the master bedroom was very cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything f we needed to cook meals and the jacuzzi tub was definitely an added bonus! Very happy with our stay!”

“Hotel Pratt is not really a traditional hotel. It is an interesting and comfortable rental property that is a hotel without a front desk. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this! ”

“The property was spacious for the family to stay. Easy to get around also. The inside contains so much history. It was nice seeing the craftsmanship that doesn’t exist any more and the Knick knacks from all over the world were very interesting to see. We had Adults which was great but there are quite a few breakables so I wouldn’t suggest for a family with small active kids. Great place thanks for sharing it with us.”

“Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately. Very easy to communicate with. It snowed while we were up there which was absolutely beautiful being surrounded by trees. There was a smell coming up through the drains from the sewage but we had a candle in the bathroom and the kitchen which was perfect so not to bad. We had told Revi about it and she wanted……

“What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. The area is peaceful and the lake was so nice and relaxing!”

“I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! “We loved our stay in this amazingly cute cabin. It had everything we needed and more. Ray and Rena did such a great job converting and decorating this old hunting cabin. Eclectically chic. Loved the sinks and cute little corner dresser. Each night, after a day of exploring, we looked forward to a shower of never-ending hot water. Very much appreciated! We would have loved to have spent more time here and enjoyed a fire out by the creek. Unfortunately, we were too busy sightseeing. Did enjoy……

“We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals. The host was responsive, generous, and helpful. Highly recommend……
