More black tea and real milk would be nice in the room. also some instant hot chocolate. Otherwise all as expected and a good standard for an overnight stay. Thank you

Fabulous Small Luxury Hotel
"Amazing gem of a hotel and the most lovely staff. We needed a pair of connecting rooms, and one room for my elderly uncle and aunt with an easy access shower. Both requests were readily met with no fuss, which we really appreciate. I would not hesitate in booking another stay here!"

"Excellent, charming hotel. Not overly grand, but comfortable, clean, beautiful and extremely friendly. It felt like a home, like I wanted to just hang out in the lounge all day looking at the sea and chatting with people. It had a kind of magic that is hard to describe. The sea view from my room was spectacular, the bed was comfy, everything was as hoped. Above and beyond was the breakfast - easily the best I've ever had, with a ton of options, all of them first class. Dinner in the restaurant was also the best dinner I had in Eastbourne. It's a really great restaurant.
The location was wonderful - west of the pier, where it's quieter and more genteel, with a gorgeous lawn right out front, and sea and promenade beyond it. You can walk to the pier in 10 minutes, but I was more impressed by the walk along the beach going the other way, towards Holywell, Italian Gardens and the South Downs. It was all much prettier than I expected.
I am already planning my next trip back to the Lansdowne. It was a really great, relaxing trip. "

"What a lovely hotel. Really nice and clean. Really helpful professional desk staff. Great location right next to the underground 24 hr car park and a spectacular view from the rooms with a balcony looking over the sea would definitely stay again
Thank you landsdowne hotel. "
"Just a little gem of a guest house, host was accommodating with earlier check-in and leaving our bags there before we did check in.
We had room no 5 with a queen bed and single with en suite and tea coffee facilities and a fridge as well.Really couldn't find any faults at all,we only had an overnight stay but would definitely return "
