“We enjoyed our stay at Guestling Hall Hotel and were welcomed at the door by Chad, who was polite and courteous. The room was beautifully decorated and warm at all times. The breakfast was hot, as I like it,and very tasty and plentiful. If you wish to have fresh filtered coffee, just ask, at no extra cost. Chad's partner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for a lovely and enjoyable stay. ”

“My wife and I had a great experience. From the time we arrived and found a parking space for our car, until the time we drove out was amazing. Staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient. Food was fabulous. Room was well laid out, stocked and comfortable. Our stay at the Mermaid Inn enhanced our visit to beautiful Rye. Thank you.”
