"Shower curtain could stand to be replaced in room but it was perfect for my little dog and I. The front desk man was having to deal with a cranky old man when I arrived. He remained very professional despite the guest speaking down to him in a very disrespectful tone of voice. Kudos to him."

"This hotel is a newly remodeled old building. a fair job was done, but could have made it much better for not much cost. The lighting over the bathroom sink is terrible. It's one of the new type of mirrors with a built in light. If only they had added an overhead light in the small area it would have been great. As it is, it is far too dingy and makes it hard to see what you are doing if applying makeup. The woman who was supposed to be at the front desk and manning the breakfast area sat outside talking on her phone the whole time we were trying to navigate breakfast. There were very minimal choices, and most of that was empty. No coffee, just an empty pot, and an employee who didn't much care about her responsibilities. "

"The hotel is located off the main street, and as you enter the parking lot, there are quite a few signs stating “park at your own risk,” with mentions of theft. Check-in went smoothly, the gentleman who assisted me was nice and professional. However, when I asked about the theft warnings, he explained that the signs were more about the possibility of cars being hit rather than stolen, which felt a bit unclear. The lobby had a very unpleasant smell, and unfortunately, that same odor carried into our room. The sheets were worn, and the bathroom clearly needed sweeping and a deep clean. I chose this hotel based on the photos online, but unfortunately, photos can’t capture smells and that made a big difference in our experience."

"Not your typical hotel room, more like a nice studio AirB&B... it was super nice & spacious, even though it was just a super quick late overnight stay. Everything was clean and super comfortable. I loved that I was simply sent a code to get into the room, instead of the typical check in process. If we ever find ourselves needing a room in Miles City again, this is where well stay."
