“Animal and Environmental harm caused by employees I recently stayed at Silver Sand Resort on Havelock Island and was deeply disturbed by what I witnessed. Several times, I saw resort employees throwing rocks at stray dogs that were calm, friendly, and non-aggressive. The island dogs are well accustomed to tourists, and Havelock Island is also widely known to be rabies free. In one shocking incident, an employee hit a harmless dog with a rock as it walked past the property. The dog cried out……

“The Bathtub water was extremely dirty, and staying here felt like a complete waste of money. From the time of check-in, I reported issues with the Wi-Fi, TV, and telecom services, but none of them were resolved properly. The maintenance staff stayed in the room until almost 12 AM trying to fix the issues, yet the Wi-Fi and TV were still not working. I also spoke with the manager regarding these concerns, but unfortunately, I did not receive any proper support or assistance. Overall, my personal……

“スタッフの方が親切で丁寧でとても良い。 自然の森の中でのんびり過ごすには最適な場所。 ホテルに隣接するビーチは白い砂浜と透明度の高い海で、とてもきれい。夜浜辺から見る満天の星は筆舌に尽くしがたい。 レストランが提供する料理は様々なバリエーションがあるが、やはりカレーが美味しい。特にエビや魚のカレー。 ホテルが森の中にあるため、野鳥が多く、鳥の鳴き声で迎える朝は素晴らしい。 一方で虫やトカゲなどが苦手な人には向かないかもしれない。ホテルのスタッフの方が、虫除けの薬剤を定期的に敷地内に撒いてくれているため、部屋の中に虫が入ってくることはあまり無い。 次回は雨季に雨の森を体験しにまた訪れたい。 ”
