The hotel was super gross. The smell was smoke/old throughout the room. There were spots in the room seats such as the recliner, walls, and the desk chair was so warn. The carpet was very run down and felt gross to even walk on. The bed was awful and woke up with a back pain. I strongly suggest NOT to stay here.

The staff is poorly trained and they have no clue about customer service. They made a mistake with my reservation and I had to move out one day early and find another hotel. They didn't offer an apology - nothing. I spent $1,500 on room charges during my stay at the hotel. I think they get an F for customer service. Keep in mind, I am dealing with the manager to sort through this issue

Main door is being worked on right now, so had to enter through sides. Staff was nice, but you have to pay $15/night for parking — weird considering the parking lot isn’t gated so anyone could come in/out.
