"The property was really lovely for a couple with a pooch. Small back yard with grass and outdoor furniture and an undercover entertaining area which was perfect for the hot evenings. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the walk to local shops was 15 mins and walk to beach was 2 min. Perfect travel location to other parts of Port Stephens."

"The cottage is beautifully surrounded by gardens, with a certain old world feel about it. The cottage is filled with old antique furniture and old books as well as two fireplaces which we made good use of. There were a few things that were less than ideal; two chairs heavily covered in dust, a live cockroach under our pillow and one in the kitchen (with no bug spray for us to get rid of it) and a lack of storage space in the second bedroom (the one with two singles) to unpack our clothing during...
