Everything was good.Room was clean but there was no microwave for reheating food. And making hot water for tea.There are alot of rules that were a bit excessive and no breakfast.There are other hotels down the road that are the same price but have breakfast and other amenities .

Room #5 had a tiny, corner sink (so, no place to put soap and toiletries) with a separate claw tub/shower. It also had no hanging bar in the armoire, but the shower curtain was a decent substitute when not actually showering. Free breakfast was fine, but only available for one hour 8:30 to 9:30am on weekends.

In the past, we’ve always enjoyed staying in Amelia hotel however we were very disappointed when they painted the outside white, but that’s minor. We were surprised to find there is now a $15 per night parking fee. The hotel has always been very clean but the building is showing its age and needs some maintenance. The staff have always been very very accommodating. Love the afternoon cookies!
