It is made up of multiple "houses" where House 2 is the only "House" with inside access to the public parking garage. All inside areas of the property require access codes and it had cameras everywhere. It felt very safe for my family. The Family Loft was perfect for my family and the kids really enjoyed playing up there. The staff at reception were very kind and informative. If I am ever back in Vienna, I would stay here again.
