“One of the WORST properties I’ve stayed in while visiting Pittsburgh. The property wreaked of marijuana, the neighborhood was very sketchy and felt unsafe, and the management company running the company failed to communicate properly. The smell of marijuana at the property was so bad that I ended up not being able to stay at this location more than 30 minutes, as the smell was making me sick. The property also refused to accommodate a refund despite this. Stay somewhere else that doesn’t wreak……

“The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good.……

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”
