One room had a plumbing problem but was OK

My favorite is Soni who works the breakfast buffet. Terrific.

Not a great off-season pick for 4.5 hr drive. While we think it would be a great place for a wedding/banquet/large crowd event it lacked in providing for hotel guests. Anyone can walk-in to the hotel at late hours as we evidenced by entering without use of our hotel key. Tight front parking lot. Breakfast was ok and at least they ask for your voucher to show you’re a guest and greet you warmly. Tables are uneven and dumped our liquids upon sitting but they sparingly put out napkins. We were so excited to have a wood-fired pizza option but had been told upon arrival that not serving as staff left in mid-shift. Never saw Shoguns serving either. So we chose not to even try next night. Felt snookered as pics of indoor pool made us choose but nothing updated online to say so an electrical issue to close which we’re sure they knew well before our arrival. We had a sink that doused your whole front & floor trying to just brush your teeth. There is no place to set anything down flat there either. We found 4 millipedes on walls and 1 giant carpenter ant on bed..eww! Bed was thin and something in my pillow poked my finger to draw blood. Housekeeping was directly across from our room when we left at 1pm yet no acknowledgment or smile and so our rooms remained undone. It has so much potential but much to repair or update., leaking water in the middle of a walkway to breakfast but no way aging mom could’ve managed. Woodsy courtyard overlooking the rushing waters best.
